certificate allows for no penalty for withdrawals made every 7

Variable Rate Flex Saver Account
Our Flex Saver Certificate of Deposit is a 4 year adjustable
rate certificate with no penalty for withdrawals used for either
college expenses or major medical expenses.
Traditional, Roth & Educational IRA Accounts
Choose from 1-year to 5-year IRA Certificate of Deposit Accounts
including Roth and Educational IRA's with a minimum balance of
$500. Our 4-year variable rate IRA certificate of deposit
enables you to make deposits for as little as $10.00. A
substantial penalty may be imposed for early withdrawals.
