Music on Main Street is a series of four summer concerts held in July on the green adjacent to the bank’s Main Street office in Biddeford. Sponsored by the bank with cash and in-kind support from local businesses, the concerts are free but food is available for purchase. All funds raised from lunches provided by Ned’s Bakes and BBQ’s are donated to local charities.

“This is the tenth year that we’ve successfully raised funds for deserving non-profit organizations through our summer concert series,” noted Petersen. “After a decade, the concerts have become somewhat of a tradition. We’re pleased to provide an opportunity for residents of this area to enjoy music and food while supporting some wonderful organizations that make a difference every day for many people in Biddeford and surrounding towns. We appreciate all the support we’ve received over the past ten years from many local businesses. It’s a community effort.”

Music on Main Street sponsors included Bergen Parkinson, LLC, Dean Tourigny, DMD, Hull Law Offices, LLC, Oak Point Associates, P&C Insurance, and Woodman Edmands Danylik Austin Smith & Jacques, PA. In-kind sponsors include Brady’s Screenprint, Biddeford Dairy Queen, Heart of Biddeford, Journal Tribune, Mainely Media, LLC, Ned’s Bakes and BBQs, and the Sun Chronicle.
